TO STAY
at Foresteria Bandini
We welcome guests the way one welcomes old friends: with warmth, care, and a deep respect for privacy. Whether staying for a weekend or a month, you’ll find yourself part of the palazzo’s living history — free to explore its stories, linger in its silence, and feel truly at home.
Our team is discreet yet attentive, ready to curate experiences that connect you to the spirit of the place: from private dinners and yoga sessions to art tours and countryside excursions. Every stay is unique, shaped by your rhythm, not ours.
This is not a hotel. It is a home — and yours for a time.

THE RINALDI guest room
Where elegance meets enlightened spirit
The Rinaldi Guest Room is an intimate and refined retreat within Foresteria Bandini, designed for guests who appreciate timeless elegance and quiet comfort.
Overlooking the historic heart of the Palazzo, the room blends authentic architectural details with understated contemporary touches. Soft natural tones, curated furnishings, and a serene atmosphere create a space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
LA NUVOLA
A modern cloud above historic rooftops
Once a humble attic for forgotten relics, the top floor of Palazzo Bandini has been transformed into its most contemporary space: an airy, light-filled penthouse designed for leisure, creativity, and connection.
Steel beams—remnants of a pragmatic 1980s repair— offered the opportunity to depart from the palazzo’s ornate classicism and embrace a minimalist aesthetic inspired by Japanese and industrial design. The result is La Nuvola: a loft-like sanctuary where simplicity meets surprise.
IL FOCOLARE
A rustic sanctuary where warmth meets devotion
Located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, Il Focolare is a one-bedroom retreat steeped in quiet intimacy. At its heart lies a grand Tuscan hearth—so large you can sit inside it—once used for both cooking and gathering, now a place to bask in firelight and memory.
Originally the home of the cathedral housekeeper, this apartment retains traces of a devout past. The walls are adorned with ex-votos and naive artworks left by those who once sought or celebrated miracles—tokens of gratitude, faith, and superstition spanning three centuries.
With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and private bath, Il Focolare offers solo travelers or couples a soulful entry point into Palazzo Bandini’s timeless world—a place to reconnect with simple pleasures and quiet wonder.
